Pros
The company is very growth-focused. They have attracted investments from great VC firms which speak to their ability to show an attractive package of offerings. Business leaders are given artistic freedom to grow their businesses without tying them down with territorial boundaries in the US. The company consciously attempts to work on modern technologies. They have innovative learning opportunities on technology and leadership fronts. They are very good at hiring employees despite the size of the company.
Cons
1) The company has many nepotistic elements that have risen due to the artistic freedoms given. 2) While the company is headquartered in the US, the company's primary power center lies in its India office leadership. 3) There is no diversity in the organization. Just because you see leaders of different origins on the org chart does not mean they are given an opportunity to shape it. 4) People who have been hired or work outside India have no growth prospects and are treated no differently than subcontractors engaged for specific opportunities. 5) The executive management's view of strategy is solely focused on Sales. When their leaders say that they treat their employees like their customers, it reflects how they mismanage their customers given the way they treat their overseas employees. 6) They do not believe in taking on outcome-focused engagements. They are transactional and focus exclusively on hourly-rate engagements. This speaks to the executive management's understanding of their delivery team's abilities to deliver to scope. At this rate, they will always be working on the scraps and no sizable clients. 7) While their home page boasts a number of familiar client names, they primarily provide contract resources for most of these companies and do not build any meaningful products. 8) There is no single company here. This is a group of businessmen who took the Accion franchise and run their own businesses. So, it is a hit or a miss depending upon your luck at that time.
