We apologize that our 2014 review cycle was delayed because of management changes. We also recognize that we have to improve the transparency in our appraisal process. However, please know that the appraisals are fairly objective and dependent on your past performance, customer feedback, PM feedback, your contributions to company initiatives, your tenure with Accion, etc. Again we realize we have not done the best job of describing the structure of our appraisal for you and why you got that hike.
