      Pros

      I worked here for about 7 months .They offered me good hike, also got good client/project to work for. got to work with new technology , in salary process (paying on time )...Accion is good as other start ups lacks . Freshers will learn more..

      Cons

      Don't have much project or good projects. Too much of Work From Home. Specially managers takes WFH. The current situation is worst no management over there.

      Great people, laid back environment, the company seems to have the right focus and direction

      Cons

      Very difficult to get a pay increase, and it's mainly because they are an outsourcing company in terms of you working for their clients, and a set price was already negotiated.
