Pros
It's something you can put on your resume if you don't get another job.
Cons
Poor Management that doesn't know how to train their employees. Poor relationships with clients. Almost any client that we did place a contractor at either quickly fired the contractor, or the contractor was not happy as the job was completely different from what we had described. The comoany once told a contractor a client on the other side of the country had selected them. The contractor moved at their own expense, and there was no position for them. Management pressures employees to take part in their religious holidays/activities at work. Management blatantly lies to employees and assumes they will not catch it. Sales rarely finds valuable positions to recruit for, and any easy-to-fill vacancies are handed to favorite recruiters. Any positive reviews are most likely planted here by management.
