      It is a staffing company. No management. Runs by some old technology people, who think that they are leaders No career path. Company is stagnant from last 3 years.

      Great people, laid back environment, the company seems to have the right focus and direction

      Cons

      Very difficult to get a pay increase, and it's mainly because they are an outsourcing company in terms of you working for their clients, and a set price was already negotiated.
