Pros

The Patient's and some of the Co-workers, and opportunity. Accurate has a lot of potential but is in need of some help.

Cons

There is not any work/life balance depending on the position you hold. They pile work on you. Expect miracles without being given the tools to work with and/or do not listen to other perspectives, they have a one track mind and streamlining everything for all the services and regions will ultimately end up in a disaster. Way too much restructuring of management and nothing ever changes if anything, it just gets worse.

They are flexible. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to work. I love the job and have been here for over 5 years

Cons

The only con for me is the lack of health insurance. I believe they provide a reimbursement plan for full time employees but from my understanding it’s not insurance
