Pros

The Board is currently firing all of the senior leadership and bringing in someone with ethics. They recently replaced one of major problems, hopefully the new guy can get rid of the others including branch leadership. If they got their act together, the company has potential for huge growth.

Cons

Ownership/CEO treats employees very poorly with little to no respect. She drives gossip and unhealthy work environments. Everyone is on a pay freeze unless you are part of the "in crowd" then you get an increase. In addition to the pay freeze the CEO still drives her expensive company paid luxury SUV. They pride themselves on ethics, yet push field staff to do unethical things if it means keeping the client.

They are flexible. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to work. I love the job and have been here for over 5 years

Cons

The only con for me is the lack of health insurance. I believe they provide a reimbursement plan for full time employees but from my understanding it’s not insurance
