Pros

I enjoy working one on one with my clients and get to know them well and how best to serve them.

Cons

No room for advancement including no cost of living raises. Benefits are not very good either. And respect is quite low. I’m not viewed as a “real” nurse. Safety is an issue also. I am in someone else’s home and I have feared for my life on more than one occasion.

They are flexible. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to work. I love the job and have been here for over 5 years

Cons

The only con for me is the lack of health insurance. I believe they provide a reimbursement plan for full time employees but from my understanding it’s not insurance
