Pros
The best part of my job was interacting with my immediate coworkers on a daily basis. I also enjoyed when I was able to help the people who truly deserved and needed it.
Cons
This company's management team has a VERY childish teacher's pet type atmosphere, and unless you fit into their little clicks you will go nowhere in the company, nor will you get the raises you deserve for your hard work. It is not at all uncommon for the field staff to have to go MANY years (I've seen up to 7 years) without any type of raise. This meant that the new employees being hired were starting out at much more than the veteran employees were making. Field staff almost have to beg for a raise and have to basically plead their cases. Because of the immaturity of the upper management team there is no one for anyone to turn to in the event they have an issue or complaint with any type of boss figure. The issue/complaint falls on deaf ears (or it gets turned around on you that it is actually your fault, or what have you), and upper management actually ends up talking badly about you.
