Pros

Really nice people to work for mostly-good mission statement. Nationwide company- offer free annual in-services. great training, free CPR. CEO is great. Can stay as busy as you want with a variety of adult and pediatric clients.

Cons

Cons are low pay and every other weekend work requirement. Little to no room for career advancement. No real benefits (medical, dental)

We make significant investments in the education we provide to our employees and are very happy to hear your favorable review regarding our training programs. While we can never guarantee career advancement for everyone who works at Accurate Home Care, we do our best to promote from within whenever possible. We also do offer Medical and Dental Insurance to our nurses, however there are certain hour requirements which must be met in order to be eligible. They are flexible. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to work. I love the job and have been here for over 5 years

Cons

The only con for me is the lack of health insurance. I believe they provide a reimbursement plan for full time employees but from my understanding it’s not insurance
