Rewarding to work with youth.

Cons

All management lies. They cover everything up to make themselves look better and keep their jobs. They need to get rid of the President that has placed all his friends and family in management jobs.

It felt good to make a difference in the kids lives

Cons

Over worked and underpaid for the work. Expected to practically be a therapist without having any real training. The company has overall rules but each individual unit follows their own based on what the director or shift supervisors feels works best. Often times left alone with too many kids to watch for one person to feel safe; overnight or during the day. Company policy of ratio to worker is ridiculous, especially when dealing with a unit with several physically abusive kids.
