Pros
You get paid $8 for training. And in training you just sit all day and learn nothing so that part is easy money.
Cons
EVERYTHING. They hire anyone with a pulse. Everyone there is completly unprofessional (especially the trainer I had). Training was just drawing pictures and gossiping with the other people in my class it's very much like middle school. They teach you nothing you need to know for when you get on the production floor and the supervisors only care about having bodies in front of the computer. They play favorites if you aren't one of their favorites they will not help you. I can't express enough how awful of an experience I had with this place and how disgusted I am with how they ruin the place how they train the place and how they change everything last minute and expect it to be fine.
