Pros

It was a great work experience where they hire and give anyone a chance as long as you are willing to work with good pay

Cons

It tended to be very stressful and you cant miss many days so you do have to be commited

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
