Pros
Its a Job that pays and they are always always always hiring
Cons
First of all my first 4 days of training we had 4 or 5 different trainers in and out so we didnt learn anything useful about the job and the ones that where training us was new to ISM also still learning themselves. Do to the fact that it was alot of inconsistency our training class went from 38 to 11 by the time we hit production. They choose supervisors straight out of training that dont know any more than you do about the job. Supervisors show favortism and pick there friends to be leads. Very unprofessional place to work and stressful. They force you to sell to customers who are clearly upset about there bills from the jump. Turnover rate is at a all time high and they need more floor walkers to assist people with raised hands. None of the the stuff we learned in training helped us out on the floor.
