Pros

The bonus every month if you're at the goals aet forth.

Cons

Upper Management is ridiculous. They hire anyone who will fill the seat. Someone that has been working for 3 months will have a better chance of getting a supervisor position than someone that has been there for several years. Not to mention, most of the time they will not advise of an opening to the reps, they just pick who they want at the position and see if they will takr the job. If you aren't best friends with upper management, you can definitely expect to be on the phone while u work there without any place for advancement.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
