      Not a bad place to work, only negatives was training was poorly conducted, and the supervisors in my perticular department were not very professional but it was a pretty chill work environment.

      Cons

      Unproffesional, you get what u pay for so the employees are not always college graduates.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

      Cons

      Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
