Pros

Do not apply there there pay isn't enough and they are known to fire people and hire new people. Ive had so many issues there I would not go back.

Cons

They fire people with no good reason and every time I ask for help it seems like a bother to them.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
