Pros

Without Ted this place is falling apart. No one cares about us like he did. This seems to be just a job to everyone else when you could tell he saw it to be so much more than that.

Cons

Ted brought a fun environment, the kind of manager you want to work for. He knew how to get us to meet our tough QA numbers, and sales. He stood up for us, but he was a tough manager when you didn't perform. It is to bad they don't try to get him back here in Douglas. I know if we took a petition everyone would sign,

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
