Pros

Co workers are wonderful, and management can be good, but company make sure that makes no difference. There are no other pros. This is an exploitation enterprise

Cons

Will not pay more than minimum wages Will not pay bonuses, or will delay for months - both of these resulted in class action suit settlement 10 min breaks - it takes two minutes to walk outside - think about it, they want to chinch you on 5 minutes. Company makes govt money by hiring unemployed and welfare recipients Advancement is not possible if they keep losing vendors - ATT pulled out. Lots of yelling at employees for taking too long on calls, e.g. "This is unacceptable!" without offering to help. And they will do this not caring if the caller hears it or not.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
