Pros

I think a pro could be that the salary it's ok

Cons

They don't respect your schedule. You don't get pay that much for all that you need to do. You get mandatory overtime but when they don't have callas they send you home without paying you so they don't really care of you work rights even if you sign off for a full time job. Also is so stressful work here since the equipment is not up to date and it's even harder to do the job

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
