Pros

You are able to move up very quickly if you are highly motivated, positive, and have the ability to learn quickly. Your advancement depends on your work effort as it should be. Management cares about each employee even when non-work related. The training is short but efficient. Co-workers are very friendly and treat each other like family.

Cons

If you are unable to be in a fast-paced enviroment with computers you will not be able to keep this job not really a con but fact. Only real Con is that if you are not meeting your goals set or if you are not learning the information needed to do your job correctly fast enough you will get yelled at. There isn't much coaching and developing just yelling if your not meeting standards.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
