Pros

Flexible Schedule, hard to get fired. Point system for tardiness or absence.

Cons

Back to back calls with customers who may or may not know whats going on with their account. Can make for a lot of time trying to pin down transactions customer is disputing

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
