Pros

I've had people bend over backwards to honor me as a person, as well as creating a schedule that works for me

Cons

It's not an easy job. People yell at you all day for things that aren't your fault, you might lose your job for somebody else's mistake or deception

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
