Lots of hours since overtime was "required".

I learned a lot since it was my first call center job. However it is very poorly run. They don't care about quality just show up and don't affect their bonus. You will not be trained at all. Just thrown in and learn to swim. Procedure constantly changing. And supervisors don't know what they're doing. They will hire anyone. There were people literally passing out at their keyboard because they were so high. It if you're looking for drug buddies you'll be right at home there. Very high turnover rate. Dress code not enforced. People show up in booty shorts and flip-flops. Very cliqish if you want to move up in the company you'll definitely have to kiss butt.
