Pros
Not a lot of pros...My co-workers were really great to train/work with. They made it worth my time
Cons
The pay isn't great. The trainers were probably really great call center agents but some of them just aren't great trainers. With that being said, by the time you get o the floor, you're not really prepared for what happens on the calls and that is pretty stressful.
