you have to really mess up to get fired

management below the executive level .. operates on the premis that threats Nd intimidating employees gets results. schedules are insane and changeup often.. training is a joke even though you are there for 1 month so much reading outload and downtime makes it ineffective .. cheapest equipment and dated systems .. cubicles have vulgar drawings seats are the cheapest thrift store garbabe

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
