      Paycheck always hit the bank when it was supposed to. Overtime was allowed at the time I was there.

      Cons

      benefits. leadership. pay increases were poor. they constantly changed policies to get rid of employees that were not liked by their supervisor.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

      Cons

      Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
