Pros

They are extremely forgiving with missing work and they are super understanding. Everyone is always in a pretty good mood. And the managers actually care.

Cons

Downsides of working at ACT would be how they hire ANYBODY and I mean anybody. We had a homeless guy in our training class. The turn over rate is very bad here too, you start training with a class of about 22 and end with about 8 or 9.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
