Pros

You get a paycheck and health insurance after 3 months

Cons

Extremely disorganized management, beginning with incorrect info given by recruiters at hiring. Boone’s creek facility is filthy, mice roam thru ceilings and run across the floors on a regular basis. Cleaning crew does a poor job. Bathrooms are rundown and filthy.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
