Pros

Sincere supervisors and trainers, they really do care for you, but they are forced to apologize for the stability of the systems.

Cons

I.T. systems are not conducive to training and working on the floor. They could do SO MUCH BETTER if they could provide a stable training environment and had a I.T. department that can QUICKLY resolve issues that keep employees from working. It is normal to be on hold for 4-5 hours a day with I.T., and sometimes it takes DAYS to get an issue fixed that keeps you from working. Also the pay is substandard for the job.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
