Pros

Great pay compared to other similar jobs in my area. I worked from home so no commute.

Cons

Horribly disorganized, horrible training. Almost every time I picked up the phone it was someone upset at something another person got wrong. Almost never able to get a supervisor to help because there were always a bunch of people who also needed assistance because nobody knew what they were doing. Right before I left they complained of an issue with customer satisfaction being down. Yeah I wonder why. They also had an issue with mailing equipment on time, and mailing checks. Some people didn’t get their first check until the second check was due to arrive.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
