Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

They don’t train you long enough, after the millions of issues you have with the computers and having to take it back and forth to the sight to get them fixed, to deal with everything you have to deal with.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
