Unethical Business Practices - You will feel so slimy after each call because you're essentially paid to give the runaround and lie to people. No one is working at this job because they respect the company. Micromanagement - They will hound you to make the calls shorter, sacrificing quality of service given to the customers. They couldn't care less about whether the customers are taken care of. Incompetence, the Supervisors and the Other Workers - Everyone seems to just be winging it. It's astounding. Lack of Sufficient Training - Of course if you have terrible training, you'll have employees who basically just do what they want. No one has a straight answer about anything really. Policies and procedures will change constantly and they will tell you to basically just act like nothing changed to the customer and gaslight the customer into thinking they just misheard or didn't understand properly. Miserable. Everyone is Miserable - Turnover is HIGH. I mean, the door is revolving for how often agents leave this place. Burnout is extremely real and is extremely quick.
