Pros
The only pro to this job is the 17/ hour starting Pay. But it's starting and ending pay. This company does not give raises even with exceptional performance. And a pretty lenient attendance policy.
Cons
They do not care about their employees in the slightest. They may hire you for one position but they will randomly change your position, department and hours without any warning whatsoever. Regardless what you put as your availability when you first interviewed. And if you don't accept their moving you to another department they will take it as a resignation not fire you. I got moved departments right before closing on my house, so i had to deal with it because i couldn't leave in the middle of closing and had to fight for months to get a religious accommodations approved through hr to get my schedule back to what I told them I was available to work. No supervisors actually know answers to questions and belly HR to answer you is almost impossible. The lady in the front office is less than helpful and will always have an attitude. She's got a "greater than thou complex" as a receptionist. They will try everything possible to not pay you for the holidays that they tell you you get paid for. Just be warned. If you have no other choice by all means work there but if you have experience like me, go somewhere else.
