The work can be easy and it can be hard it really all depends on the customer you're on the phone with. Fair pay and coworkers and supervisors are suportive!

Cons

People can be very harsh and there's really nothing you can do about it. It can be very mentally draining as well.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
