Pros

Coworkers, my Supervisor, sense of a team, hours, paid time off after 90 days

Cons

Protocol constantly changing, quality fails for calls that shouldn’t have fails, cardholders always angry and aggressive, back office never keeps there word to finalize claims and makes cardholders angry at agents, awful sense of job security, no sense of job security at all and you are threatened nestle daily that you will lose your job.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
