ACT has been an incredible workplace with skilled management, a peaceful work environment, and incredible opportunities to be promoted from within. The management there has always done an excellent job of helping me learn to grow in the knowledge of my career. They are extremely helpful and supportive, and specifically my manager Barbara True has displayed incredible leadership and has been a joy to work under! Working in the office at ACT allows me to make a good living, and avoid any distractions while I complete my work. I have made many wonderful friends there and enjoy the positive environment! Lastly, ACT promotes from within, so you can never expect a pleasant promotion to go to someone that does not work in each department. Base level agents can often make their way up to a supervisor in just a few months. It really is a great place to work and offers so many wonderful opportunities!
