Pros

You can make some decent money here. Most don't, but you could.

Cons

Horrible atmosphere. Horrible leadership and management. Horrible work ethic and moral among employees. You must lose your morals and pride to succeed here. The job comes first for most the employees here, so if your a family person, avoid it. By far the worst place I've ever worked for stress and lack of encourage meant. They manage by yelling, threatening, and fear. You stay job scared. You are expected to be perfect. Sometimes the money isn't worth it.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
