Repetitive works making easy calls, flexible hours , remote work options, great pay with easy promotions, full time 40 hours with overtime

Cons

Verbal abuse from costumers with strict bathroom breaks , breaks, and lunches , back to back high intense call volume with little breathe time, no part time options

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
