Unrealistic expectations Sales pressure disguised as "referrals" Threats of losing job if not pushing clients to speak to advisors for managed products - aka sales No support from management. They do not care about you. They overhire and prioritze new hires over veterans. Literally forced veterans to move shifts that they applied for and were working for new hires. Everything chances on the daily. Policies and procedures are not clear, and you will hear 5 different answers You can get a supervisor position within less than 6 months -including the training, so they've barely worked for the project and now tell you what to do (even though they haven't worked on the phones for said project)
