Pros

Decent pay, no hard physical labor, people are kind

Cons

Pull you in with promises of bonuses not based on sales, then completely rewrite the script once you are hired. You literally can’t succeed at everything they ask you to do, you have to pick and choose what metric to fix day by day.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
