Pros

•Work from home was available. •Pay was competitive for my area •Great hours

Cons

•Was pushed from a work from home setting(which was the only reason I was able to work this job) •Poor communication between supervisors and and leads. •Was promised a transfer to a different work from home position by one person, was fired and told that I quit due to not transferring to an on site position. •Does not offer unemployment as they will find any reason to say you quit.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
