ACT is growing rapidly. New sites and programs are constantly popping up. Opportunities and development are rampant if you are willing to try. Great people and great clients means a fantastic work place for everyone.

Cons

ACT is a rapidly developing environment. If you are not looking to push the envelope. If you are looking to do the bare minimum or don't adapt to daily, weekly and monthly informational development.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
