My boss and coworkers were really sweet & weren’t super demanding. Boss wouldn’t allow customers to curse us we had the ability to disconnect

Cons

The pay was low. I think my salary was like 32,000 a year.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
