Pros

Nothing , at physical level facilities are good but at mental level just torcher and nothing else. You can compare it with Ienergizer

Cons

You need to lick their ___, otherwise they will treat you like an animal. You can not even move your hand or they will abuse you verbally. People who lick their ___ have every kind of freedom. People who can not get job anywhere get job here only. Management of Archway process is just more than unworthy. No job security. If you will get hired at high price, they will fire you when they do not need you. I have seen this from my eyes. Most important, people here are characterless and you can imagine what things happen here because of this trait. Hence, if you are not getting job anywhere than go this company. Only, licking culture.

Pros

It’s remote. You will get okay PTO if you negotiate, but you’ll never be able to take it.

Cons

Do not join this company unless you enjoy pain and suffering as a lifestyle. You’ll be expected to do literally everything with zero support—basically like being handed a sinking ship and told to “row faster.” The technology? A glitchy mess. The reporting? Pure fiction. The ERP? Imagine trying to run a marathon in flip-flops—it’s that useless. Work-life balance doesn’t exist here. Think of it more as “work-work balance” because that’s all you’ll be doing. Every task is the hard way, because apparently “inefficient chaos” is their official business strategy. And the benefits? Oh, you’ll love their generous retirement plan: a whopping $1,000 a year 401k match. Don’t spend it all in one place—maybe you can treat yourself to an oil change or half a plane ticket to nowhere.
