Pros

Salary is paid on time.

Cons

1. No exposure to latest technologies The company does not work with modern or trending technologies. This limits employees’ technical growth and makes it difficult to stay competitive in the current job market. 2. Poor HR management The HR team is not very supportive or professional. Communication is weak, and employee concerns are often not handled properly. 3. Not good for freshers (Bond issue) This company is not suitable for freshers. New employees are asked to sign a 2-year bond without prior clear communication, which creates trust issues and pressure on employees. 4. Internal politics affecting new employees New employees often become victims of office politics. Senior or old employees feel insecure and, as a result, do not support newcomers, which creates a negative and unhealthy work environmen.

Pros

It’s remote. You will get okay PTO if you negotiate, but you’ll never be able to take it.

Cons

Do not join this company unless you enjoy pain and suffering as a lifestyle. You’ll be expected to do literally everything with zero support—basically like being handed a sinking ship and told to “row faster.” The technology? A glitchy mess. The reporting? Pure fiction. The ERP? Imagine trying to run a marathon in flip-flops—it’s that useless. Work-life balance doesn’t exist here. Think of it more as “work-work balance” because that’s all you’ll be doing. Every task is the hard way, because apparently “inefficient chaos” is their official business strategy. And the benefits? Oh, you’ll love their generous retirement plan: a whopping $1,000 a year 401k match. Don’t spend it all in one place—maybe you can treat yourself to an oil change or half a plane ticket to nowhere.
