Pros
Adwerx is the first company I've been at that says they care about their employees and really delivers on that statement. Everyone at the company is smart, driven and truly loves being there. The company offers a great start-up atmosphere where you get exposed to a lot of different sides of the business without some of the drama and disorganization that can come with a small company that is experiencing rapid growth.
Cons
The office is a little segmented (physically not socially, so it can be hard to get facetime with people from other departments). Adwerx has a lot of company-wide events to combat that, but it is an issue in the regular day-to-day.
