Missing the million dollar idea - Anonymous employee Affinity Solutions Employee Review

A lot of products have been scrapped. First navigator, then the cashinator, at this point no one knows where things are going. What's missing is an actual product to sell. The decision to realign the business and put all our efforts into fax instead of email is risky, but maybe it will all pay off in the end. The loyalty business isn't dead, it's just become too digital and we need to go with the times.
