Mediocre...at best - Anonymous employee Affinity Solutions Employee Review

The company is essentially a ticking time bomb. What seems like simple work for a client turns out to be a nightmare when the go live date comes. Blame is thrown around like a hot potato (especially by some of the more "senior" employees who fear their job security). Everyone is then forced to work late and receive little to no reward/praise. If you are on the wrong side of a certain exec, you're out of luck here.
