Pros

I worked in HR so I had exposure to all parts of the business. The staff, many very long term, were open to helping others especially new staff in the busy Exterior Services Team. Part time staff came back year after year. Staff was extremely seriousness via the Community Involvement Committee raising funds for local charities. Departments do a lot of fun activities within their teams and make busy times enjoyable. President of division was very open when business challenges existed and was not afraid to answer tough question. On site HR leader had respect of peers leaders and staff that works for her.

Cons

Pros

Never one should have troubles joining or working this company and we don’t know how the owner is running in United States with troubling H1 people from other employers without paying money and troubling for months and years.

Cons

Beware of Agile Enterprise Solutions no one will lift your calls once you join to a client through this company. The main vendors they work are Infosys’and Wipro and they don’t have their own H1B employees. These people will not make payments until 3-6 months to your H1 B employer and you may end up moving yo other client and helpless. We should be raising a complaint to the Department of Labor and USCIS for such bad practices by the companies which will not make payments and trouble the H1 B employees of other companies. This company dose t have H1B employees of their own but they are cheating H1 B employees of other companies by holding their payments and not paying to them. USCIS, Department of Labor or Justice also the State Department of Texas should be aware of this companies bad practices.
